 As of today I still have not received a 1500m time for 10 people. You know who you are and I know who you are.I want to see a 1500m time for all of you by Wed 3/7 or you will be doing one 3/7. If you are struggling with 1500m you are NOT race ready. Our first race is six weeks away .This makes our current workout schedule obsolete and I will make the changes. Basically all the "easy" pieces are out and speed work will be substituted. As a unit we are not as fit as we need to be - some are closer than others.  If you think you are flying under the radar you are mistaken and may be dissatisfied when boat selections are made. Yes, probable boats are already being put together there is still time to improve your fitness level.  Erg times will be a major factor in selection" NO one rides for free".......Mind set should always be Why not Today. Train like a champion to become a Champion.........THERE is no secret it's the beauty of this sport ...you get out exactly what you put in.   You are only as fast as your slowest crew member. This is the meaning of   TEAM......Jim your coach WARWICK CREW    you wanted a Varsity Letter lets work for them.
